Return & Exchange Policy

MARTINE WORLD FASHION LLC accepts returns on unaltered, unused, unworn, unwashed, merchandises with original tags attached.

Worn, used, altered, washed, perfumed, with odors, stained, scuffed soles( for shoes ), visible scratched or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you.

NOTE: We do not accept for returns: jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, accessories( bags, purse, hats, decoration items, etc…) all merchandises in sale, clearance, coupon code. They are all considered as final sales.

We must received your request for a return authorization within 2 days following the delivery of your order. Beyond 2 days after delivery, your request for return will not be approved and the merchandise will be considered as final sale.

RETURN PROCESS for US and international

To make a return please follow these steps:
– Submit an online form to request a return authorization by clicking here.
– We will answer to your request within 3 business days to let you know if your request is approved or denied.
– If your request is approved, please return the merchandise in their original conditions with original tags attached. Package must be postmarked no later than 3 days. Mail the package to return at:

1083 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455, Box 522. Once we receive the package we will refund your money.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees, including postage insurance as well the original shipping (if it was a free shipping) and handling fees.

We will not assume responsibility for return package lost and damaged in transit, we recommend obtaining tracking and insuring your package for the full purchase price of the merchandise before return it.

NOTE: MARTINE WORLD FASHION LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns, or damaged merchandise. All return will be processed within 30 days Late return shipment will be sent back to the customer. We do not accept exchange of merchandise.
